Representative Projects

Kupcha Marketing Services was included as a subconsultant on the following projects:

  • Ascend Regional Program. This program worked with 38 different MBE cohorts from New York City, Long Island and Newark who are market ready to facilitate business growth and connect with contract opportunities. The objectives of the program included developing relationships with Market Access Partners who can offer bid opportunities, participate in customized learning and coaching modules, and learn best practices for pursuing and executing contracts.

  • Construction Mentorship Program – Training Services -  This program, offered by the NYC Department of Small Business Services, gives small construction firms the opportunity to attend a variety of classes that will help them build their businesses. As MWBE subconsultant, Ms. Kupcha led sessions on business writing and strategic marketing.

  • Construction Mentorship Program – Subject Matter Expert -  This program, offered by the NYC Department of Small Business Services, gives small construction firms the opportunity to have a subject matter expert discuss challenges the business is facing.

  • Goods & Services Mentorship Program – Subject Matter Expert -  This program, offered by the NYC Department of Small Business Services, gives small professional services and commodities firms the opportunity to have a subject matter expert discuss challenges the business is facing.

  • 2023 PSEG Long Island Supplier Diversity Conference – Event Production Services. This in-person conference included over 55 exhibitors and 500 registered attendees who participated in a series of breakout sessions that addressed going business with the various divisions of PSEG Long Island.

  • 2021 & 2022 PSEG Long Island Virtual Supplier Diversity Conference – Event Production Services. This virtual conference included over 62 exhibitors and 700 registered attendees who participated in a series of breakout sessions that addressed going business with the various divisions of PSEG Long Island.

  • 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 , 2019 and 2020 NYS MWBE Forum - Event Planning Services -  This two-day conference attracted over 2,000 attendees from various professional services and commodities industries. Event offerings included breakout sessions that allowed attendees to broaden their knowledge in various business management and business development topics and networking opportunities. As MBE subconsultant, Ms. Kupcha served as Events Logistics Manager; those responsibilities included exhibitor relations and coordinating on-site registration.

  • 2014, 2015, 2018 & 2019 CUNY/CUCF Contract Opportunities Conference – Event Planning Services -  This one-day conference attracted over 700 attendees from various professional services and commodities industries. Event offerings included breakout sessions that focused on business opportunities that are available to business owners with the City University of New York, the City University Construction Fund, and their lead consultants. As MWBE subconsultant, Ms. Kupcha’s primary responsibilities included vendor relations, managing over 60 exhibitors and acting as a liaison between attendees and venue staff.

  • 2014 & 2016 PSEG Long Island Energy Efficiency Conference – Event Planning Services -  This one-day conference attracted over 500 attendees who were interested in improving their knowledge of energy-saving products and services that would generate savings on their utility bills. As MBE subconsultant, Ms. Kupcha was responsible for exhibitor relations which included selling over 50 booths, coordinating with the venue (Hilton Long Island) and assisting exhibitors with any issues that may arise during the conference.

  • 2015 Competitive Edge Conference – Event Planning Services -  This one-day conference attracted over 600 small business owners from various professional services and commodities industries. Event offerings included breakout sessions that allowed attendees to broaden their knowledge in various business growth strategies. As MBE subconsultant, Ms. Kupcha served as Events Logistics Manager; those responsibilities included exhibitor relations for over 50 firms and coordinating on-site registration.

  • NYS Insurance Fund Anti-Fraud Campaign - Worked with various publications on this statewide online anti-fraud campaign. This two-week program generated 1.5 million website impressions.
